Executive - Operations (Backend)

What we are Looking for

A proactive and detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working with Excel, operational data, daily reports, vehicle-related updates, and multiple follow-ups, and can ensure that backend operational activities are completed

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Operations Backend Executive to support day-to-day operational activities and maintain accurate vehicle, trip, and challan-related records. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel, along with strong coordination and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Vehicle Management
• Block and unblock vehicles as per operational requirements.
• Conduct regular follow-ups on blocked vehicles.
• Validate vehicle block/unblock requests and ensure accurate updates.
• Share regular vehicle downtime updates with the concerned teams.
• Challan Management
• Maintain and regularly update the challan database.
• Map challans against the respective vehicles/trips.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of challan-related records.
• Follow up on pending challans and required actions.
• Trip & Operations Reporting
• Prepare and share the pending trips report on a daily basis.
• Update and maintain ongoing trip sheets.
• Track operational data and ensure timely updates.
• Coordinate with relevant teams for pending or incomplete information.
• Location & Cleanliness Tracking
• Maintain location cleanliness-related data.
• Follow up with the concerned teams/locations for pending cleanliness updates.
• Ensure regular and accurate reporting of location status.
• Maintain proper records, reports, and operational documentation.
• Perform other backend operational tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements

• Any Graduate.
• 0–1 year of experience in Operations, Back Office, MIS, Administration, or a similar role.
• Freshers with good MS Office/Excel knowledge can also apply.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work with data and maintain regular reports.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet daily deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Compensation

₹18,000 In-Hand per month + PF + ESIC

6 Days Working
