Executive, Operations

The duties and responsibilities of Executive, Operations (PCM) include but not limited to the following:

1. Preparation of monthly reports;
2. Preparation of month-end charges;
3. Update particulars of account holders;
4. Processing closure of accounts;
5. Processing partial withdrawal requests;
6. Processing share transfers;
7. Processing Internal asset transfers;
8. Processing corporate actions;
9. Conversion of accounts from EPF to Private;
10. Preparing correspondences and letters in the daily operational work/process;
11. To participate in any work group or working committee as requested from time to time;
12. Assist in other operational functions of PhillipCapital Group of Companies as required from time to time.

Requirements:

1. A diploma or bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
2. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel etc.)
3. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team
4. Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, with strong attention to detail
5. Able to function with minimum supervision
6. Training will be provided. Ability to learn quickly will be an advantage.
