The DAV Group - Chennai, was established in 1970 at Gopalapuram in Chennai with just 50 students. The Group today, caters to over 40,000 students across Tamil Nadu and Puducherry. It has a staff of 2000 plus which includes 1,700 teachers. Four of our branches have been consistently ranked amongst top 15 schools in the country.

In addition to K-12 schooling, DAV has recently ventured into Higher Education with DAV-SMK Fomra College of Arts Science at Kelambakkam, Chennai.

In this context, we are looking for experienced candidates to join the HR Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.
• Maintain employee records and HRMS data.
• Coordinate attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and documentation.
• Support onboarding and employee-related processes.
• Coordinate with schools and internal teams.
• Prepare HR reports and support audits.
• Bachelors degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS.

Salary shall commensurate with experience.
