Executive - Operations

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Executive - Operations to join our
team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day
operations, overseeing supply chain logistics, and ensuring a smooth and efficient
workflow. This role will require excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask
and prioritize, and a strong focus on customer service.
Responsibilities :
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, including supply chain
logistics, inventory management, and customer service
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure the best pricing
and service levels
Work closely with the Sales team to ensure timely delivery of products and
services to customers
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all operational
processes
Continuously improve operational efficiency by identifying areas for
improvement and implementing solutions
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards
Track and analyse key operational metrics and provide regular reports to senior
management
Manage and develop a team of operations staff, providing leadership, coaching,
and performance feedback
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a
related field
3-5 years of experience in operations management, supply chain management,
or a related field
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated experience in vendor management and contract negotiation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with supply chain management
software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
Experience in team management and leadership
