Responsibilities :-

1. Process new account openings for retail and corporate;
2. Perform daily trades confirmation for BURSA & foreign product and open positions;
3. Perform scanning for all account opening;
4. Perform statutory and regulatory reporting to the relevant authorities;
5. Monitors dormant accounts’ activities by reviewing exception reports from Back Office system and raises internal report to compliance officer immediately on any suspicious transaction;
6. Monitors each client’s open position to ensure clients trade within the permitted position limit;
7. Lead and/ or participate in the development and implementation of enhancements to Platforms, Processes and Products;
8. Rotation to different roles and functions every six months;
9. To undertake any assignments as and when instructed by the superior and/or the management.

Required Key Competencies: -

• Diploma in any discipline.
• Experience in settlement operations in the financial industry preferred.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Pro-active individual who is willing to take on new challenges.
• Meticulous and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Committed, self-driven and able to work effectively under pressure.
• Keep abreast with current developments in the industry and ensure compliance with rules and regulation.
