Executive Operations Lead (Jakarta)

Key Responsibilities

· Accounting & Financial Control: Record daily transactions, invoices, and payments Handle cashier reconciliation and petty cash, Prepare monthly financial reports and tax documents Monitor budget, expenses, and cost control for outlets Coordinate with auditors and support audit process Work closely with outlet teams for financial reporting

Requirements:

Min. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 1-3 years experience in Accounting/Finance is preferred, Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulationsProficient in MS Excel and accounting softwareHigh integrity, accurate, and able to meet deadlines

· Human Resources & Performance Management: Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee administration Manage payroll, attendance, and employee records Support employee relations, engagement, and performance management Coordinate training and HR compliance Assist with HR reporting and documentation

Requirements:

Min. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, or related field1-2 years experience in HR is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcomeStrong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environmentProficient in MS Office and HRIS is a plus

· Operational Readiness & Oversight: Maintain a high level of responsiveness to handle urgent business matters at any given time.

· Program Mastery & Team Coordination: Deeply study and understand our educational programs.

Who You Are

· Proven background in both Accounting/Finance and Human Resources.

· Full professional fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia. (Conversational or business proficiency in Mandarin is a strong bonus).
