Executive, Operations Planning & Analysis

Key Responsibilities

1. Breeding Cycle Planning
   Plan and schedule the breeding cycle from Parent Stock Day-Old Chick (PS DOC) placement until the end of the production cycle, ensuring efficient use of resources and smooth operations.
2. Production Forecasting & Supply Planning
   Forecast the production of Eggs, Hatching Eggs, and Saleable Broiler DOC on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis. Develop long-term production plans of up to 5 years to identify potential supply-demand gaps and propose action plans.
3. Hatching Egg & Hatchery Planning
   Prepare weekly Hatching Egg setting plans and coordinate with Hatchery Operations to ensure optimal production scheduling and efficient hatchery capacity utilization.
4. Planning Tools & Data Analysis
   Maintain and update planning software and tools related to breeding and production. Perform data analysis to identify trends, performance gaps, and provide useful insights for management decision-making.
5. Scenario & Decision Analysis
   Conduct scenario analysis based on different production assumptions and business decisions to evaluate potential outcomes and recommend the most suitable solutions.
6. Reporting & Performance Monitoring
   Prepare accurate and reliable management reports, including production forecasts, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), production performance, and variance analysis.
7. Ad-Hoc Assignments & Continuous Improvement
   Perform other duties and assignments as directed by Management from time to time, including supporting operational planning, analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
