About the Role

 

A CEO’s time is one of a firm’s most valuable assets. Your mission is to multiply it.

 

This is not a traditional executive-assistant position. You will work closely with our CEO—joining meetings, calls, travel, and critical decision-making moments—to understand how an accomplished leader processes information and turns judgment into action. You will translate those insights into the foundation of a sophisticated AI executive assistant, helping create a capability that could fundamentally change how leadership operates.

What You’ll Do

 

• Partner closely with the CEO across meetings, calls, and travel, capturing decisions and insights in real time
• Document the reasoning behind priorities, decisions, and communication choices—not merely the outcomes
• Translate recurring patterns into structured playbooks an AI system can learn from
• Build, organize, and maintain a trusted knowledge base
• Test the AI assistant rigorously, identify gaps, and improve the quality of its responses
• Provide high-level support with scheduling, follow-ups, meeting preparation, and research
• Protect sensitive information and exercise exceptional judgment in every setting

Who Will Thrive

 

Finance or AI experience is not required. We are looking for extraordinary judgment, curiosity, discipline, and potential.  

• An exceptional note-taker who can organize complexity and identify what matters
• Deeply curious about how high-performing leaders think and make decisions
• Discreet, trustworthy, and uncompromising about confidentiality
• Comfortable with technology and energized by the possibilities of AI
• Adaptable, polished, clear, and professional in fast-moving environments
• Hours that match the CEO’s busy schedule, this role will require overtime and light travel.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred, but not required
