Executive - Order Processing

Major responsibilities:

• Review, plan, lead and execute all assigned customer Purchase Order or Contract. Ensure that the order is booked and purchases of all relevant materials from 3rd parties are satisfied according to the requirements in the Purchase Order or Contract.
• Ensure that the order execution is complying with the customer’s requirements as per stipulated in the Purchase Order or Contract; and to monitor and manage the overall progress from time to time.
• Plan, schedule and follow up the progress regularly with respective 3rd parties (factories, vendors, sub-vendors and contractors) in order to maintain a smooth order execution process.
• Perform additional task assigned by immediate superior in line with organization requirements.
