Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Required to process sales orders and returns in a timely and accurate manner.
• Attend to inquiries & process quotes according tocustomer requirements.
• Liaise with Australian counterparts to advise customers of the estimated time of arrival for logged orders.
• Provide necessary product and service-related information to customers.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of working experience inBPO/Customer Service/Operations.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Electrical/Industrial products would be an added advantage.
• Willing to work according to the Australian calendar and Australian working hours.
