- DCR - DCR Analysis and to relevant HOD.
- Bill Submission - Bill Submission on time like Spmd-Taxi Contractor, Packing Contractor etc.
- Tele calling Tickets - Ticket closure on time.
- ABC Compliance - To have in-depth knowledge of book-keeping under as per ABC norms.
- Recovery - Outstanding, Recovery follow-ups & Close agency Settlement.
- Scheme Handling - To ensure effective control over all special sales projects.
