The Role:

This is not a traditional executive assistant role. Your job is not just to manage calendars and book travel. Your job is to be a force multiplier for our leadership team, keeping the most important work moving, making sure nothing falls through the cracks, and turning priorities into results.

You'll partner directly with our executives to manage their calendars, travel, and communications. You'll prepare leaders for key meetings, build agendas and briefing materials, track decisions and action items, and follow up so commitments actually get done. You'll coordinate cross-functional projects, keep stakeholders aligned on timelines and deliverables, and manage confidential information with discretion and sound judgment. You'll use AI in how you operate every day, automating the routine, drafting faster, and building smarter workflows, so you can spend your time on the work that matters most.

Who We're Looking For:

2–3 years of experience as an executive assistant supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to manage complex calendars, travel logistics, and competing priorities with sound judgment and discretion. Hands-on experience coordinating projects, tracking milestones, and driving work to completion without needing to be chased. Practical, everyday comfort with AI tools, including using AI to draft communications, summarize meetings, organize information, and automate repetitive tasks. Strong command of Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Excellent written and verbal communication, with the polish to represent leadership with clients, partners, and employees. Exceptional organization and attention to detail. And the ability to anticipate what's needed before anyone asks.

This is a fully remote role. You must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
