About the role

We are seeking an Executive – P&L & Business Performance Control to join our team in Khlong Toei, Bangkok. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in driving financial discipline and operational excellence across the SAO Region. Reporting directly to senior management, you will be responsible for comprehensive profit and loss management, business performance analysis, and financial control. This position is strategically important to our organisation, as it ensures robust financial oversight, identifies opportunities for improvement, and supports evidence-based decision-making at all levels of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and analyse profit and loss statements across business units, identifying variances and driving corrective actions
• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and performance dashboards to track key business metrics
• Conduct detailed cost analysis and identify cost reduction opportunities without compromising service quality
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and performance summaries for senior management and stakeholders
• Monitor budget performance against forecasts and provide variance analysis with recommendations
• Support the development of business plans, budgets, and financial forecasts for new initiatives
• Implement and maintain financial controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Collaborate with operational teams to understand business drivers and provide performance insights
• Identify trends and patterns in financial data to support strategic planning and decision-making
• Manage ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as requested by management

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in financial analysis, P&L management, or business performance control
• Strong proficiency with financial analysis tools and software, including advanced Excel skills
• Experience with business intelligence or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is highly desirable
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial management, and business operations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the logistics, transport, or supply chain industry is preferred
• Experience working in a regional or multinational business environment is advantageous
• Proficiency in English; Thai language skills are beneficial
