What they need
Client is seeking an Executive Partner to support the CEO and senior leadership team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role goes beyond traditional executive support and will take ownership of executive operations, project coordination, and key business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner directly with the CEO and C-suite executives to manage priorities, schedules, communications, and day-to-day executive operations.
- Manage complex calendars and constantly shifting priorities with urgency, discretion, sound judgment, and independence.
- Lead and coordinate projects from planning through execution, tracking timelines, deliverables, action items, and follow-up across multiple departments.
- Attend executive meetings, understand business priorities, drive next steps, and ensure projects and commitments move forward—not simply take meeting notes.
- Prepare executive-level PowerPoint presentations, meeting materials, reports, correspondence, and presentations for leadership and Board meetings.
- Coordinate international travel, executive meetings, events, logistics, and Concur expense reporting.
- Work cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Operations, Legal, and other teams to support strategic initiatives and business priorities.
- Anticipate needs, identify potential issues, recommend solutions, and confidently push back when needed to keep priorities on track.
- Serve as a trusted partner to the CEO with strong business acumen, confidentiality, and a high level of ownership.
- Provide front office and general administrative support as needed.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of executive-level administrative support and project management experience.
- Direct experience supporting a CEO, C-suite executive, or senior leadership team.
- Board-level experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint, Concur, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to operate with urgency, discretion, independence, and sound judgment in a high-growth environment.
