What they need
- Acts as a liaison between subsidiaries/ business units and ICT Division
- Manage and maintains a constructive relationship between ICT Division and subsidiaries/business units by understanding business drivers
- Lead market potential products or services to customer
- Understands and partners with assigned subsidiaries & division to assist with business case preparation and designing new services
- Manage and oversee appropriate services and service levels are tailored to relevant division
- Provides a conduit to the ICT Division for customer complaints, compliments and feedbacks
- Provides an escalation point in ICT for aligned business areas in the event of senior stakeholder dissatisfaction
- Manage information to ICT Division about customer plans, opportunities and needs
- Plays a key role in intake of projects applying business analysis and business case expertise to understand requirements, shape initial requests and provide high-level estimates of effort and cost
