Executive Patient Engagement

Job Description:-

• Customer Engagement & Education: Proactively approach prospective visitor/attendants at inside the Hospital to discuss the benefits of routine health checkups and preventative care.
• Needs Analysis: Conduct brief consultations to understand the customers lifestyle and family medical history, recommending the most appropriate screening packages (e.g., master health checkups, cardiac profiles, or senior citizen packages).
• Sales Targets & Lead Generation: Work to meet and exceed daily, weekly, or monthly sales quotas by converting leads and closing transactions on the spot.
• Promotional Setups: Set up and manage attractive promotional booths or kiosks, ensuring they are well-stocked with informational brochures and health package enrollment forms.
• Feedback Reporting: Keep track of customer interest, objections, and feedback, sharing these actionable insights with the marketing and EHC product team to refine future promotional campaigns.

Essential Requirements:-

• Communication Skills: Good verbal communication and persuasion skills to clearly articulate medical terminology in a way that is easily understandable to the general public.
• Product Knowledge: Complete understanding of the company's various health packages, features, and pricing structures.
• Interpersonal Skills: A friendly, empathetic, and extroverted personality designed to build trust and rapport quickly with diverse individuals.
• Goal-Oriented: A competitive, target-driven mindset with a proven track record of converting leads into sales.
