Executive Personal Assistant

We're a Boston-based management and consulting company working across several industries, including short-term rental (Airbnb) properties in Roslindale. We're hiring a reliable, hands-on Executive Personal Assistant to support our CEO with daily business, property and household tasks. No two days look the same. If you're organized, trustworthy, great with kids, and take pride in a spotless space and a good home-cooked meal, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Property care (Airbnb)

• Clean and reset rental units between guest stays so they're guest-ready and up to standard
• Handle linens and laundry, and restock supplies
• Take care of light upkeep and report maintenance issues quickly

Errands and shipping

• Make post office runs, pick-ups and drop-offs
• Label, package and ship items

Household and family support

• Walk and care for the CEO's dog
• Cook and prep meals
• Babysit occasionally
• Help with other tasks as needed to support the CEO

What We're Looking For

• Lives in or near Roslindale (West Roxbury, Jamaica Plain, Hyde Park, Mattapan or Dedham)
• Experienced with kids: babysitting, nanny or family experience, with references
• A strong everyday cook
• A thorough, detail-oriented cleaner
• Comfortable with dogs
• Dependable, discreet and trustworthy in a private home and around family
• Available occasional evenings and weekends
• Comfortable with physical work like cleaning, laundry and carrying packages
• Has a smartphone for texting, photos and updates

Preferred

• Valid driver's license
• Hospitality, housekeeping or Airbnb turnover experience
• CPR / First Aid certification

Pay: Starting at $20/hour

Finalists will complete a reference and background check.
