Experience

• 4 to 9 years supporting founders, CXOs, or high-profile individuals
• Prior experience managing C-suite schedules and lifestyle logistics
• Background in fashion, luxury, hospitality, or creative industries preferred

Education

• Graduate or post-graduate, with strong organizational and communication skills

Core Skills

• Impeccable discretion and confidentiality
• Strong written and verbal communication; fluent in English (Hindi is a plus)
• Highly organized with a natural sense of design and detail
• Proactive problem-solver anticipates needs before they arise
• Calm,composed presence under pressure
• Emotionally intelligent, articulate, sophisticated in tone

Functional Requirements

• Calendar, travel, and meeting management across multiple brands
• Handling confidential correspondence and email triage
• Coordinating with brand, finance, HR, and creative teams
• Liaising with external stakeholders
• Managing personal lifestyle logistics travel, events, appointments, vendor coordination
• Comfortable working across time zones and multiple personalities

Bonus / Nice-to-Have

• Active and socially aware on Instagram / plugged into fashion & market trends
• Exposure of event planning, brand collaborations, or press/media coordination.
