Executive Personal Driver

Overview Job Title: Executive Personal Assistant/Driver - A Personal Assistant /Driver safely transports our Executive to destinations while also managing daily personal assistant tasks like running errands and scheduling.

Role Overview - Job Type: Full-time (often with flexible or on-call hours).

Reports To: Executive.

Core Goal: Provide safe, reliable transportation, special project management, and seamless personal support.

Key Responsibilities

Driving & Navigation: Transport client to appointments, meetings, and airports safely. Plan efficient routes using GPS and monitor real-time traffic.

Vehicle Upkeep: Keep the cars clean, fueled, and serviced for routine maintenance.

Errands & Support: Assist with schedule and project management. Handle package pickups and some courier-type duties. Light administrative tasks.

Discretion: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client schedules, conversations, and private locations.

Skills & Qualifications Valid License: Clean driving record and valid driver’s license .

Former veterans, police or security officers encouraged to apply Communication: Polite, professional demeanor with strong customer service skills.

Flexibility: Ability to adjust to last-minute schedule changes.

Reliability: Punctual and trustworthy.

Expected hours: 35.0 – 45.0 per week
