Purpose of the Job/Job Mission

• To Run the Cost improvement project agenda.
• To Contribute to the sustainability project.
• Innovating new ideas to reduce / optimize energy consumption and work as part of a team for energy conservation and achieve cost reduction
• Implementing solution related to plant troubleshooting, operational issue, drive completion of action plan, execute cost improvement project & share best practises with production team.Responsible for tracking & ensuring the successful execution of Continuous improvement plan.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Brown field projects & commissioning experience.
• Equipment erection & Permit system Experience system knowledge.
• Material balance, Energy balance calculations. Yield calculation, Theoretical and actual gap identification
• Energy conservation - steam, power and water reduction.
• Capacity enhancement through cycle time reduction of bottleneck stages.
• Waste reduction through process modification and recovery of value-added products.
• Knowledge of Unit operations -Distillation columns, Reactions, extraction, filtration, washing.
• Experience on DCS system, interlocks.
• Utility-cooling tower, chiller, Nitrogen, boiler. Etc
• HAZOP, PSSR, 5 S, Kaizen, SAP.
• Knowledge about layout, structure etc. Coordination with Production, design, R&D, Project, QAQC, HR, Vendors, consultants, Auditors.
