• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly supply and production plans based on demand requirements.
• Analyze sales forecasts, customer orders, inventory levels, and production capacity to develop effective plans.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Procurement, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure timely execution of plans.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify potential shortages or excess stock.
• Prepare Material Requirement Planning (MRP) and ensure availability of required materials.
• Monitor order fulfillment and ensure timely delivery against requirements.
• Analyze planning variances and support root-cause analysis for delays, shortages, and excess inventory.
• Assist in improving inventory turnover, production efficiency, and overall supply chain performance.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely communication of changes in demand, production, and material requirements.
• Calculate raw material (API/Excipients) and packaging material (PM) requirements to support seamless manufacturing operations without production downtime.
• Monitor minimum order quantities (MOQ), shelf-life limits, and Reorder Levels (ROL) to avoid material obsolescence or expired stock write-offs.

Requirements

• Experience: 2-3 years
• Education: bachelor of supply chain management
• Skills: production planning, pharmacy operations, pharmaceutical research, pharmacy inventory control, pharmaceutical, oracle agile plm, pharmaceutical knowledge, production management
