Role Overview

We are looking for a senior PMO professional to support executive stakeholders in an international environment. The role requires working closely with Directors and SVPs, helping shape ideas, preparing presentations, facilitating discussions, and driving strategic initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

• Support executive stakeholders in shaping ideas and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations.
• Facilitate discussions among senior leadership.
• Drive strategic initiatives and align them with business goals.
• Engage with stakeholders across international teams.

Key Requirements

• Strong PMO background at Director or senior level.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders (Directors, SVPs).
• Ability to present ideas clearly and confidently.
• Good understanding of IT and technology-related topics.
• Experience creating executive presentations and reports.
• Familiarity with AI tools, especially for presentations and communication materials.
• Autonomous, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Dynamic personality with strong communication skills.
• Experience working in international environments and small, agile teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with international teams across multiple regions.
• Proficiency in multiple languages, particularly English and any European language (French preferred).

Other Details

The recruitment process includes a 1-hour interview with the Hiring Manager followed by a final interview with additional stakeholders.
