Executive Press shop

Role & responsibilities

The Executive Press shop is responsible for daily production related activities in terms of Process & Product Quality.

• Maintain production line Housekeeping.
• Ensuring all the operators wearing the PPEs.
• Ensuring process is followed as per the operation standard.
• Ensuring ZERO Nonconformity.
• Ensure right tools is used for the process

Preferred candidate profile

1. Productivity

a. Ensuring daily target is achieved.

b. Manpower deployment as per the skill in the production line

2. Quality:

a. Reduce process related rejection.

b. Tool setting for Initial batches , Minor repairs or adjustments based on requirements

c. Reduce rework of parts.

d. Need to know the usage of measuring equipment's like Vernier, Micrometer, Height gauge, Bevel protractor.

e. Knowledge in measuring the complete part dimensions using V- Block.

3. Others:

a. Basics maintenance of all the machines available in press shop.

b. Spares maintenance for all the machines.

c. Contingency plans need to have with proactive thinking if machine under breakdown or spares not available
