Executive - Process & System Improvement

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling forfeiture and sales cancellation in IFCA.NET system and e-Market system via request in Laserfiche
• Setup and maintain promotion packages in e-Market and IFCA.NET system.
• Create and maintain users access ID in IFCA.NET (Malaysia, Singapore & Hong Kong environment) and share folders & terminate user access when staff resigned
• Maintain user access right by entity and by modules in IFCA.NET & shared folder
• Maintain workflow approval setup in IFCA.NET
• Key in and update selling price master, lot master, purchaser master and other masters in IFCA.NET
• Compile monthly property list report from all regions within IOI Properties Group
• Create and maintain bill items & template and creditor setup in IFCA
• Support the development and implementation of process standardization and automation of finance activities to enhance departmental productivity and efficiency
• Understand the whole process flows of finance activities and initiate or make suggestions for improvements
• Support all IFCA system users in all relevant modules

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in IT or Accounting
• Preferably with one year working experience preferably in the property development industry
• Experience/Knowledge in implementation and maintenance of ERP, P2P, Excel macro, Swimlane flowcharts, and/or any digitalized projects and initiatives
• Well versed in Microsoft Excel, Words & PowerPoint and preferably with experience in IFCA, Esker, or Excel Macro
• Good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Committed with strong sense of responsibility and able to work within timeline
• Self-motivated with good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
