Executive, Procurement (5 Working Days, Pasir Gudang)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assurance of Supply: Develop early material incoming with local suppliers for meeting operation plan.
• Vendor Management: Evaluating and maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality materials and timely delivery.
• Inventory Controls: Evaluating supply vs demand weekly to manage inventory at optimal level for local suppliers.
• Process Improvement: Propose procurement process improvements to management.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring all procurement activities comply with ISO standards, procurement policies, company standards, and legal requirements.
• Operation Effectiveness: Collaborate with cross-departments to manage on-time receiving, rectify quality issues and engineering change.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management/ Engineering or equivalent studies.
• Preferably 2 - 3 years relevant working experience in within a manufacturing environment.
