Key responsibilities
- Finding appropriate suppliers and rates that meet our needs
- Negotiate contracts, terms and deadlines with suppliers
- Developing good relationships and communication with all suppliers
- Overseeing receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance of warehouse operations
- Manage inventories and keep up-to-date records of purchases
- Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
- Supervising the process of importing and exporting of Company's products
- Negotiating contracts with shipping companies to secure the best rates and services
- Analyzing data related to shipping operations to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
