• Manage day-to-day procurement activities and ensure timely availability of materials, products, and services.
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, delivery, and reliability.
• Obtain and compare quotations, negotiate prices, and ensure competitive purchasing.
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor supplier performance and develop strong vendor relationships.
• Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and approved budgets.
• Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, and payment-related issues.
• Maintain proper documentation, including quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and supplier records.
• Support cost-reduction and process-improvement initiatives within the procurement function.
