Executive – Procurement

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Executive to manage local and import procurement of FF&E, custom furniture, joinery, interior fit-out materials, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle local and international sourcing and supplier management.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations and negotiate competitive prices and terms.
• Prepare and manage POs, contracts, and procurement documentation.
• Coordinate import orders, shipping, deliveries, and material availability.
• Monitor supplier performance, quality, lead times, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Production, Projects, QA/QC, Logistics, Stores, and Finance teams.
• Support cost savings, value engineering, and timely project procurement.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and ERP documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3–6 years of procurement experience, preferably in FF&E, joinery, furniture, or interior fit-out.
• Strong experience in local and import procurement.
• Good negotiation, supplier management, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
