Executive - Procurement

Duties and responsibilities:

· Research and evaluate potential suppliers and negotiate contracts and prices.

· Manage inventory, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

· PR receiving from concern departments & institutes.

· Vendor sourcing & visits.

· Alignment with departments for any queries related to goods and services.

ODOO/ERP usage as per the need and requirement.

· Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

· Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to reduce cost and improve efficiency.

· Prepare, issue and manage purchase orders and other related documents.

· Ensure compliance with organization policies and procedures.

· Track and report on procurement activities and performance.

· Handle disputes and address customer complaints.

· Develop and implement strategies to maximize cost savings and operational efficiency.

· Monitor Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) levels.

· Document step-by-step procedures for the supply planning process.

· Analyze vendor performance and recommend improvements
