Executive - Production

Roles and Responsibilities

• Execute batches in Kilo lab, Pilot plant & Technology transfer scale up plants.
• Develop processes for new products and improve existing ones through process optimization techniques.
• Ensure smooth operation of equipment's during production runs by monitoring parameters such as pH, TDS, Conductivity etc.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues related to product quality and process efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of batch data, including logs, reports, and documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in chemical manufacturing industry (API) with expertise in batch execution, process development, pilot plant operations.
• Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Strong understanding of GMP guidelines and regulations governing pharmaceutical industries.
