Executive - Production

Job Requirements

• Achieve daily production targets through effective manpower planning and shift management.
• Supervise production activities as per production plan, SOPs, and BMR requirements.
• Monitor and improve OEE, productivity, and process efficiency.
• Ensure product quality by maintaining process parameters and coordinating with QC.
• Optimize utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
• Maintain accurate production records, logbooks, and SAP transactions.
• Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, 5S, EHS, and safety standards.
• Investigate deviations, implement CAPA, and reduce oduction losses.
• Train operators and support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
