As part of its expansion, the company is strengthening its Production Planning & Control Department at its Bhosari, Pune location.

Job Summary

We are looking for an Executive to support production planning, production monitoring, material coordination and planning-related documentation for smooth manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing daily and weekly production plans.
• Track production status and update planning reports.
• Coordinate with Production, Stores and Purchase teams.
• Monitor inventory levels and material requirements.
• Update ERP data and maintain planning records.
• Follow up on material shortages and production bottlenecks.
• Prepare production-related MIS reports.
• Support dispatch planning and order tracking.
• Maintain accurate production and inventory documentation.

Qualification

BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering or a related field.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of production planning and scheduling.
• Exposure to ERP/MRP systems.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Analytical approach and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in defence, aerospace, engineering, fabrication, machining or other manufacturing industries will be preferred.
