Executive - Production Planning & Control (PPC)

Masasinar Holdings Sdn Bhd is an automotive components manufacturer specializing in metal stamping, welding and assembly. We are looking for a responsible and organized Executive - Production Planning & Control (PPC) to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and calculate raw material requirements based on production needs and customer orders.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) to suppliers and follow up on material delivery schedules.
• Monitor material availability to ensure sufficient stock for production.
• Monitor customer Delivery Instructions (DI) and ensure sufficient finished goods are available for delivery.
• Coordinate with Production teams to ensure parts are ready according to customer delivery schedules.
• Prepare and manage Delivery Orders (DO) and related delivery documents.
• Arrange and coordinate lorry schedules to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Monitor daily delivery status and follow up on any material shortages or delivery issues.
• Maintain accurate records of purchasing, material planning, inventory and delivery activities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Manufacturing or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in PPC, Procurement, Logistics or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
• Good planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and communicate effectively with suppliers, customers and internal departments.
• Possess a valid driving licence and be willing to drive when required.

Location: Kawasan Perindustrian Hi-Tech, Sungai Kapar Indah, 42200 Kapar, Selangor.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
