Executive Program Manager (Cloud Transformation)

Our client is looking for a Sr Program Manager with experience managing large scale IT Cutover/Cloud Transformation projects in the banking industry ideally

This is a contract role that is hybrid 3 days per week in Chicago.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the cutover testing strategy for merging systems, applications, and business processes across both legacy organizations

• Collaborates with Project Sponsor and project team to establish project timelines and scope, in cooperation with project leadership on large scale IT Cutover initiatives

• Develop and manage detailed cutover plans, including timelines, dependencies, resource assignments, and contingency protocols

• Manage large scale enterprise software projects and portfolios

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing projects around IT Cutover testing (systems/software)

• Strong understanding of project methodologies (traditional, agile, and hybrid), with a demonstrated ability to apply methodology effectively and with flexibility to projects

• Jira experience

• Strong communication skills

pay around 80-150/hr with some flex
