ASPIRE Executive Academy is growing its Programme Management team.

We’re looking for exceptional Senior Programme Managers who bring structure, energy, professionalism and flawless execution to high-impact executive education and corporate learning programmes.

ASPIRE works with senior executives, leading faculty and organizations across banking, financial services, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, healthcare, technology, manufacturing, RMG, conglomerates, MNCs and the public sector.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Programme Manager – Executive Education, you’ll own the successful delivery of programmes from planning through completion.

You’ll work across clients, faculty, participants, vendors and internal teams, ensuring every detail comes together seamlessly across in-person, online and hybrid formats.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is :

• Highly organised and exceptional at managing multiple moving parts
• Client-focused and comfortable working with senior executives
• Calm under pressure and naturally solution-oriented
• Commercially aware and accountable for outcomes
• Detail-driven, without losing sight of the bigger picture
• Confident, professional and proactive in stakeholder communication
• Experienced in programme/project management, executive education, corporate learning, consulting, events or a similar environment

Experience with business schools, executive education providers, corporate academies, L&D, consulting or professional training is a strong advantage.

This is a freelance opportunity, with programme assignments based on experience, availability and programme requirements across in-person, online and hybrid engagements.
