Executive, Project Management

This role will be hired under the property development arm of the OSK Group, namely OSK Property Holdings Berhad.

OSK Property is responsible for property development and project execution, primarily for developments within the OSK Group, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use project.

We are seeking a Project Executive to join our team at OSK Property. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring project activities, liaising with consultants, contractors and relevant stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth execution of property development projects in accordance with the established timelines, quality standards and regulatory requirements.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN:

1. Attend and coordinate all project matters with various contractors, consultants and relevant authorities (technical or non-technical).
2. Monitor, control and ensure Quality Control is carried out in order to achieve the required quality works as per construction drawings and specifications by consultants.
3. Monitor contractor’s work forces, machineries and site progress with site diary by daily basis to ensure timely completion of the project.
4. Management and coordination of project with consultants and contractors to ensure timely completion within budget whilst achieving the required quality standard.
5. Monitor progress of the construction site to meet the target of every stage of completion of the construction works such as billings stages.
6. Maintain proper record during defect liability period.
7. Manage and ensure the proper handing over of vacant possession in relation to completed units to purchasers.
8. Enforce PQP policy and procedure and CONQUAS 21/ Qlassic system at site.
9. Manage and monitor defects workers to ensure they carry out the works as per list of defects submitted by Purchasers.
10. Carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE :

1. Bachelor Degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in property development, with familiarity with the regulatory processes of relevant local authorities in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.
3. Experienced in handling permits, approvals, and regulatory compliance with relevant local authorities in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.
4. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale developments from inception to completion.
5. Strong ability to plan, execute, and oversee project.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for liaising with various stakeholders.
7. Familiarity with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).
