Executive Project Manager - Data Centers

For our client, we are seeking a Executive Project Manager - Data Centers to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will lead complex, customer-facing project execution for strategic data center accounts, with a strong focus on post-order delivery and lifecycle management. The position partners closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep work aligned, risks controlled, and customer expectations met. Success in this role will depend on driving consistency across regions while protecting schedule, scope, quality, and readiness.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $123,721 – $199,300 annually

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for strategic customers after order placement
• Manage risks and scope changes to protect schedules and quality
• Coordinate information flow between project teams and stakeholders
• Oversee the full order lifecycle, ensuring readiness and compliance
• Drive consistency in execution practices across regions

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience managing complex, customer-facing projects in data centers or related fields
• Strong leadership and coordination skills across cross-functional teams
• Proven experience in high-value customer relationship management
• Hands-on experience with project execution from order intake to final deployment
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
