Executive-Purchase

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Store & Purchase Executive to manage our procurement and store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire purchase cycle, from sourcing and negotiation to order placement and inventory management. This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Procurement:
• Sourcing and evaluating potential suppliers for various goods and services.
• Preparing and issuing purchase orders.
• Negotiating prices and terms with suppliers.
• Ensuring timely delivery of materials.
• Store Management:
• Managing inventory levels and stock control.
• Receiving, inspecting, and storing materials.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Ensuring proper storage conditions and material handling.
• Conducting regular stock audits.
• Supply Chain Management:
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials to meet production needs.
• Managing logistics and transportation of materials.
• Tracking and reporting on inventory and procurement activities.
• Other:
• Maintaining accurate records of all purchase and store transactions.
• Preparing reports on inventory and procurement activities.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Adhering to safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
