Executive - Purchase

Key Responsibilities

• Manage office consumable items procurement such as low-value consumables.
• Prepare and maintain data sheet reports for Capex purchase requirements.
• Handle procurement of general packaging items, stationery, printing materials, decals, and related items.
• Prepare and monitor purchase orders of packaging materials based on approved indents.
• Prepare and process service purchase orders.
• Coordinate closely with Packing Heads and Stores for requirement planning and timely availability of packing materials.
• Assist Purchase Head in preparation of reports, MIS and documentation.
• Ensure vendor communication, tracking deliveries, and follow-ups for timely fulfillment.
• Maintain documentation and compliance as per internal procurement standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor/Masters' in any stream
• At-least 1 year experience
• Experience in engineering/manufacturing domain preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel & computer operations.
• Ability to prepare purchase reports and documentation.
• Strong coordination and follow-up ability.
• Good communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented and process-driven.
