Executive - Purchase

Role & responsibilities

• Making of BOM on the basis of monthly supply trend
• Research & Develop New Vendor
• RFQ Floating
• Prepare cost analyses & Negotiation
• Generate PO through Light House Application/SAP System
• Transport Arrangement
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
• Generate Weekly & Monthly Purchase Report
• Planning for Procurement of occasional work.
• Update internal databases with vendors commercial terms
• Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
• Co-ordinate Store staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition and readiness to make the site delivery plan
• Material Reconciliation quarterly Basis.
• Vendor Payment Management
• Support in Tendering

Major items to procure: ROPE, RAIL/TRACK, STRIP OR SKELP, LIFTING EQUIPMENT, ROPE SLING, PAINT, CYLINDER, SHEET, O RING /SLIP RING, RM ROUND, OIL SEAL, CLAMP, BELT, GRINDING MACHINE, CREATING STO & SCO PO

Preferred candidate profile

Good understanding of supply chain procedures
