JSK Group is hiring an experienced and potential Executive, Purchase who will manage the end-to-end acquisition of goods, materials, and services to ensure the company has what it needs to operate smoothly at the best possible cost.

Core Job Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors based on price, quality, reliability, and lead times.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors to secure favorable commercial agreements.
• Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders accurately, making sure specs, quantities, and timelines match internal requests.
• Collaborate with warehouse or store teams to monitor stock levels, prevent shortages or overstocking, and forecast future supply needs.
• Monitor open orders, follow up on delayed shipments, and coordinate with delivery teams to ensure on-time arrival.
• Inspect incoming goods or coordinate with receiving staff to ensure delivered items meet quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain accurate databases of purchases, invoices, contracts, and vendor performance while following company procurement policies.
• Work closely with finance (for invoice matching and payments), production, and operations to align purchasing with business goals.
