Executive-Purchasing

Responsibility :

• Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery time.
• Issue purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
• Coordinate with internal departments to identify purchasing needs.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases and supplier information.
• Monitor aging PO timely basis.
• Resolve issues with suppliers, including delays, shortages, or quality concerns.
• Utilize SAP to support process PO on time, including Purchase contract.
• Understand and Manage Purchase agreement effectively and monitor without impact to production and company.
• Regulation compliance to all related company regulation i.e. Procurement policy, Authorities, BRCs, HACCP, Code of conducts and others company regulation and cooperate for refresh training timely.
• Cooperate, Contribution and well-Support with team to meet KPI.
• Provided Cost Reduction, Cost Avoidance and can propose new cost reduction project.
• Conduct annual Supplier performance assessment or related.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Having Presentation skills.
• Proficient in English (Writing, Reading, Listening and speaking).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• SAP Experience will be advantage.
