Job Descriptions

1 ) Manage purchasing processes, including the creation of purchase orders and overall procurement activities.

2. Organize and consolidate purchase requisitions from internal departments.

3. Conduct local sourcing for common parts and perform price comparisons to ensure cost competitiveness.

4. Evaluate vendors’ quotations to ensure compliance with technical and commercial requirements, and negotiate pricing and terms to achieve optimal sourcing outcomes.

5. Manage supplier performance on a daily basis, including routine audits, change management, cost control, and quality performance monitoring.

6. Coordinate with suppliers to address quality issues and ensure timely corrective actions, compensation, or resolution of abnormalities.

7. Prepare procurement analysis reports and purchasing history records for internal reviews and supplier meetings.

Qualifications

1. Good command of English and Malay (spoken and written). Mandarin speaker will be an additional advantage.

2. Experience in creating and managing purchase orders

3. Strong analytical skills and communication skills

4. Knowledge of supply chain management and procurement best practices

5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
