Agreement Processing | Stamping & LHDN | Loan Release

Are you detail-oriented and organised, with a keen eye for accuracy? Join us as an Executive, Purchasing, where you’ll support the team in managing agreement processing, stamping, documentation, and loan release to ensure smooth and timely operations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform perfection of agreements and other ad hoc duties as assigned
• Check agreements and 2nd print documents for accuracy and completeness
• Sort agreements and security documents and prepare them for mailing to customers
• Monitor stamping processes and handle LHDN-related matters
• Perform loan release and ensure relevant documentation is completed accurately
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely processing and resolution of documentation matters

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field, or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in a relevant field or similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks within stipulated timelines
• Experience in banking or financial services is an added advantage
