Job SummaryThe Quality Executive is responsible for executing day-to-day quality control and food safety protocols to maintain the premium standards of the Cookie Man brand. This role requires a meticulous, detail-oriented professional with strong technical and floor-monitoring skills to translate food safety concepts into impactful quality experiences across the manufacturing line, packaging operations, and final product release. The Quality Executive ensures that every cookie batch strictly adheres to FSSAI regulations, company sensory benchmarks, and customer expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Assurance & Control

• Material Verification: Inspect and approve incoming raw materials (RM) and premium packaging materials (PM) against established specifications, ensuring zero defect variations before production release.
• In-Line Process Monitoring: Actively monitor ongoing baking parameters on the shop floor—including cookie weight, dimensions (diameter and stack height), texture, and moisture levels—to ensure consistent product profile and premium bite.
• Packaging Quality Control: Execute continuous line inspections to verify critical packaging criteria, ensuring absolute seal integrity, exact pack weights, and flawless statutory print quality (batch codes, manufacturing, and expiry dates).
• Line Clearance & Hygiene: Complete comprehensive line clearance audits and verify Clean-In-Place (CIP) or dry-cleaning cycles before production start-ups to eliminate cross-contamination and ensure a pristine manufacturing environment.
• Data Logging & Compliance: Formally evaluate and compile analytical data to support the final quality release of finished goods, while systematically maintaining live shift logs, RM/PM inspection reports, and process control charts.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
