Location

• Medhcal - 3 to 8 years of experience.

Qualification

• Post Graduate in Agronomy or Seed Science / Graduate in Agriculture

Skills Required

• Critical thinking
• Quality consciousness

Knowledge Required

• Seed quality norms / regulatory framework
• Seed testing procedures
• ISTA / NABL accreditation standards would be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

• Execute lab testing processes as assigned.
• Assess weekly / daily test load for various testing activities and plan the resources / consumables accordingly to ensure timely testing of seeds.
• Assist in preparation of center budget and resource planning exercise.
• Conduct process surveillance activities as assigned for the plant to minimize the errors in the process and deliver seeds with required quality standards.
• Conducting required seed quality tests and declaring results as per the set guidelines.
• Participate in Inter-laboratory comparison tests (Proficiency test).
