As part of our continued business growth, we are seeking a qualified and dedicated QA Executive to strengthen our quality assurance function and support the Company's commitment to quality, operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Current Location : Seksyen 32 Shah Alam
New Location : We will move to Sijangkang Selangor by Quarter 1, 2027

Job Summary :

The QA Executive is responsible for implementing, monitoring and maintaining the Company's Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with established quality standards, customer requirements and applicable regulatory requirements. The position also supports quality assurance activities, investigates quality-related issues and coordinates continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement, monitor and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with established procedures and applicable quality standards.
• Coordinate internal and external quality audits, customer audits and certification-related activities.
• Monitor product and process quality performance to ensure compliance with specified requirements and quality standards.
• Investigate customer complaints, non-conformities and quality issues, and coordinate appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct root cause analysis and monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions to prevent recurrence of quality issues.
• Prepare, review and maintain quality documentation, inspection records, audit reports and other relevant quality records.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering and other relevant departments to resolve quality issues and enhance operational effectiveness.
• Analyse quality data, identify areas for improvement and recommend appropriate measures to strengthen quality performance.
• Ensure adherence to established quality procedures, customer specifications and applicable industry requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements :

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing or an equivalent relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Quality Assurance, preferably within the manufacturing, semiconductor or precision engineering industry.
• Good knowledge of Quality Management Systems, particularly ISO 9001 requirements.
• Familiarity with root cause analysis, 8D problem-solving, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and non-conformance management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and quality-related documentation.
• Able to work independently and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
