Executive QA

• Process Control & Auditing: Monitor in-line, end-line, and random production checks across cutting, sewing, and finishing lines. [1, 2]
• Defect Prevention & CAPA: Analyze defect trends, calculate DHU (Defects per Hundred Units), and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to stop recurring issues. [1, 2]
• Fabric & Material Inspection: Oversee the inspection of greige, finished fabrics (using the 4-point system), trims, and accessories to verify GSM, shrinkage, colorfastness, and measurements. [1, 2]
• AQL & Final Inspection: Manage Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) standards, conduct pre-final and final random inspections, and sign off on internal inspection reports before shipment. [1, 2]
• Buyer & SOP Compliance: Translate brand/buyer quality manuals into actionable factory Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guide floor staff. [1, 2]
• Training & Reporting: Train line checkers and operators on quality benchmarks and compile statistical quality reports for management review

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
