Executive - QA (QMS)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) as per applicable standards and company requirements.
• Coordinate and support internal, external and customer audits.
• Prepare and maintain QMS documentation, procedures, SOPs, work instructions and quality records.
• Monitor and close Non-Conformities (NCs), CAPA and audit observations within defined timelines.
• Coordinate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct internal audits and follow up on audit findings.
• Ensure effective implementation of quality procedures across departments.
• Maintain document control and ensure timely revision and circulation of controlled documents.
• Prepare and monitor quality-related MIS, KPI and QMS performance reports.
• Coordinate Management Review Meetings (MRM) and maintain required records.
• Support customer complaint analysis, corrective actions and preventive measures.
• Conduct awareness/training sessions related to QMS, SOPs and quality procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process standardization.
• Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, customer requirements and statutory/regulatory requirements.
