Role Summary

The Executive - Quality Control will be responsible for supporting quality control activities at the AAC Blocks manufacturing plant. The role will focus on raw material testing, in-process quality checks, finished product testing, maintaining quality records, and supporting the Production team in maintaining consistent product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct basic testing of incoming raw materials as per defined procedures.
• Perform regular in-process quality checks during AAC Blocks production.
• Conduct testing of finished AAC Blocks as per defined quality parameters.
• Check product dimensions, density, compressive strength, moisture, and other relevant parameters.
• Collect samples and maintain proper testing and inspection records.
• Identify quality deviations and inform the Senior / Quality In-charge.
• Coordinate with the Production team for corrective actions.
• Maintain daily quality reports and laboratory records.
• Support calibration and proper handling of laboratory equipment.
• Follow defined quality procedures, safety standards, and housekeeping practices.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Candidates with a specialization or academic exposure to Quality Control will be preferred.

Experience & Industry Background

• 0-2 years of experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance.
• Freshers with relevant Civil Engineering qualification and interest in manufacturing quality may also be considered.
• Experience or internship exposure in AAC Blocks, RMC, Precast, Concrete, Cement, or Building Materials will be an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Basic understanding of quality control and testing procedures.
• Basic knowledge of concrete and building material testing.
• Willingness to learn AAC Blocks manufacturing and quality processes.
• Basic understanding of MS Excel and documentation.
• Good observation and analytical skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures accurately.
• Strong focus on quality, safety, and discipline.
• Willingness to work in a plant and shift-based environment.
